All prices are per person and shown in Canadian dollars, and based on double occupancy and a minimum group size of 25 paying passengers. Airline surcharges for holiday travel may apply. A $1,000 deposit is requested upon registration. The remaining balance needs to be paid on or before two months of departure date. All cheques should be made payable to Tianjiao International Education Group (Canada) Ltd. Receipts will be issued for all payments. |

| A. |
Please submit the following within 30 days of registration: |

Biographical information on the performing group and director |

Preliminary list of music to be performed (in order) with titles and composers/arrangers |

Photos of the performing group (A Jpeg file is preferred)

| B. |
Family Policy: We invite and encourage family members to join the students and teachers on this cultural experience. There are no limitations for the number of family members that can take advantage of this wonderful opportunity, so feel free to bring the entire family. The cost to bring family members or guests is $200 CDN plus tax in addition to the total price of the trip |

One complimentary spot for every 20 paying participants. |
| D. |
Single Room Occupancy: For a single occupancy room, an additional charge of $300/5N, $480/8N, $720/12N CDN will apply. Unless specified, all travelers will be placed in a double occupancy room with another group member. |
| E. |
Airline baggage policy: Each airline company has different guidelines for their baggage policy. Tianjiao currently uses Air Canada, China Air and China Eastern Airlines. Please check individual Airline’s baggage information for more information. During pre-departure meetings, Tianjiao’s staff will explain all necessary baggage procedures depending on the airlines used for both international and domestic flights (where applicable). |

Travel Visa for China: Vancouver Consulate General of People’s Republic of China: 1338 West Broadway; Tel: (604) 734-7492; Operating Hours: 9:00am-1:00pm from Monday to Friday. For a normal visa request you will need one recent passport-sized photograph, a valid passport and the completed visa application form. The fee for one entry travel visa costs $50. It usually takes 7 business days to process your visa application. There is also an express visa service, where you may obtain your visa the same day at a higher cost and all express requests must be done before 11:00 am. Please note that the Chinese Visa Section is very busy and there is a long wait if you arrive late. There is an application form that must be completed beforehand. This application form can be downloaded from the website of Visa section of the Chinese consulate or you can ask us to send you one by fax. Applications by mail are no longer accepted. |

Visa Application Service: We can provide visa application service for people who are not able to show up to the Vancouver Consulate General of People’s Republic of China. If you need visa application service, please send in your signed application form, your passport which is valid for at least 6 months after the departure date, one passport-sized photo, and a cheque by mail. The total cost is $100 including visa application fee (not including express visa service), service fee, and express mail fee to send back your passport and visa. Please contact us for further details. |

Optional Excursions: Acrobatic Show and The Art of Kung fu Show are special options for all tours. Each costs $20 per person which includes admission and transportation. Please send in e-mail to Tianjiao to make reservations prior to departure date. Cheques can be mailed in after the reservation is confirmed by e-mail. |
